Bad experience. I purchased a gold piece that broke the same day. I brought it in for repair, which took about two weeks. Shortly after picking it up, it broke again. When I returned, they refused to re-solder it and told me they weren’t interested in bad reviews or in what the customer had to say. Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would they have horrible customer service and they sell FAKE jewelry for real jewelry prices was told a chain I bought for $200 dollars would never get rusted and it started looking bad I took it back and they said they couldn’t help me and that it wasn’t from there store when it had the same brand as the store and I had the receipt I would not spend your money here
Be careful in what you buy guys this place is a ripp off especially if you purchase something with diamonds just know in a day or a few days they will come off.FACTS👎
