I'd definitely use them again. I made a call and had an appointment with them 24 hours later. John was great helping me set it up and Tim did a great job cleaning the carpet. Tim was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was fair and reasonable as well.

Absolutely unbelievable. We called this company after seeing a good rating on yelp - not realizing how few reviews there were. We discovered our flood on a Sunday night so we were in a bind, and they came. They knew we were in a bind, took our payment info in order to take a $500 deposit. Called and emailed pictures of stains that they said they could remove at our initial meeting , not being removed/still there and still ugly. Also, parts of my tile floor were clean, but then there were areas where it was still filthy. Still waiting about a week now for someone to call or email me back. Not pleased with the cleaning or the customer service at this point.

Called for a pet stain on my couch, they showed up the same day and got the stain out. I thought the price was high at first , but when I saw the results it was well worth it. I actually called around about the price out of curiosity and it was actually right in the middle of everyone’s prices. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. They did a great job.

We’ll definitely be recommending Wet out Now to our neighbors and friends in Garden City. I called and John came out for a free estimate the same day. I had received quotes from 3 other companies and Wet out Now averaged about $100 less than the other places. The next day, John came on time and we had three area rugs (one of them nicer wool) and a micro-fiber sectional couch cleaned.
