Rented a home not too long ago through Jim. Awful experience let me say, he’s a pathological liar, he claimed to us when we first had a walk through the the house that he didn’t have the time nor money to have it cleaned out before we got the place but after we finished our 1-year lease he charged us nearly $300 for a cleaning service that he claims is “required” and because we left it dirty.
