I tried to rent a room from one of their properties on air bnb, they canceled my reservation hours before my check-in time. This trip was book over a month in advance so you can imagine how upsetting it would be after all this planning to receive a call from an Air bnb operator telling me "We're sorry Gold Coast Property's canceled your reservation." The property they manage in thousand oaks has mold, safety hazards with electrical and have been slowly damaging my families safety for years. Please do not trust them or ANYTHING they manage. They are horrible.
DO NOT RENT FROM GOLD COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! The entire management should be disbarred and realtor license revoked for renewal. DO NOT RENT FROM GOLD COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!
