Ted and his gals are great professionals. Dealing with property management companies can be tough sometimes, but never had a problem with Gold Coast. Definitely recommend.
I tried to rent a room from one of their properties on air bnb, they canceled my reservation hours before my check-in time. This trip was book over a month in advance so you can imagine how upsetting it would be after all this planning to receive a call from an Air bnb operator telling me "We're sorry Gold Coast Property's canceled your reservation." The property they manage in thousand oaks has mold, safety hazards with electrical and have been slowly damaging my families safety for years. Please do not trust them or ANYTHING they manage. They are horrible.

This company is absolute trash. Never returns calls or emails. Hasn't filed taxes for properties they manage in years. Their staff is garbage, and their families should be embarrassed to be related to them. They only respond to positive reviews here. Must be fake or paid for. They say don't believe everything online, that goes for their five star reviews too. Gold coast property management should not be allowed to manage properties with how negligent they are, period.
