The least responsive property management team I have ever rented through. Do not expect to receive a timely response regarding anything broken or needing something fixed. There were things broken before move-in and they remained so through the entirety of my lease. You can however expect timely communication when it comes to remittal of payments. Fortunately the owner of the unit had a nice enough unit for the experience as a whole to be positive. Proceed with caution.
It was a real pleasure to work with Mike. He was top notch and rented my condo in less than a week. The support staff was very helpful too. Highly recommended.
