Booked an air bnb through booking.com 24/24 hamilton ave In the photos this apartment looked like a modern apartment complex with awesome facilities, I booked the stay for me and my 6 year old for 10 days. Every single night there was partying till 3 to 4am, the walls are so thin you can hear the toilet in the next apartment flushing. This apartment is old and dusty with mould, broken doors etc and covered up by modern kmart decor. I would not recommend this place at all it has a grotty feel and there are fleas in the couch
We rented a property in Kelvin Grove for close to two years. Initially, the property was managed by Harcourts, and midway through our lease Gold Coast Premium Realty took over management. Unfortunately, from that point onward, our experience was consistently frustrating. Communication was one-sided and unreliable.
