This is a small clinic based purely on making money and in my case their reception made 2 huge errors which were what annoyed Raquel and instead of just accepting it was their receptions fault and moving on Raquel blamed it on the reception saying "That wasn't me you spoke to" and then exposed the vicious serpent inside her by standing over me and going absolutely crazy trying to then claim those errors that led to me having to come in that day were my fault. In case the clinic is seeking clarification: Epileptic fits usually cause memory loss and I had just tried to explain I had another one and what had caused it. I thought you wanted me to come in to discuss and develop a plan towards reducing my dose as was specifically asked of me over the phone.
