Very dishonest and untrustworthy. I brought my car in for a safety certificate inspection to transfer it to Queensland plates. From the beginning, I felt something was off—they only accepted cash for the inspection, which raised a red flag. When I returned, they handed me a list of four supposed issues: 1. Booked my car in for a service. Took it in first thing in the morning came back in the afternoon and they had only changed the oil and rotated my tyres. They stated there were air leaks and leaks of fluid in areas but unable to diagnose because they ran out of time. I was charged a full exy service fee and walked away with no diagnosis of an issues and basic tuning up of my car. Was not impressed at all.
