My partner and I moved out of one of Martin's properties in Hollywood back in 2015. He still owes us the $4000 we collectively paid him in security deposits. We have yet to receive one dime of it. I hope he ends up locked in prison for scamming so many hardworking families.
I moved in 2016, we move out 2020. Martin and Caryn refund to give us back our deposits for more than $2000.00.😂 They move from that address, now nobody can't find them.
Gold Coast Management is a crook and biggest fruad to get tenants to move in. Especially if you late, Martin is very very nasty old man. You don't have no privacy where you move too. Do not move or sign anything with tese people period. Terrible is not the word.
This landlord is a joke, a straight slum lord! DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTS WITH HIM! His tenant agreement is PAGES long with ridiculous addendums basically making the tenant responsible for everything. Your AC/stove/appliance broke? Too bad you're responsible for the first $100 of ANYTHING that needs to be fixed.
