Now that the transit lounge is closed there is no parking available for community services that need to pick up/drop off clients. Have to risk parking at the entrance or paying to use the main car park
Have been waiting for over 3 hours from the time my procedure was booked. They have lost me in the system. Absolute disgrace this is the second time this has happened to me in this hospital. 2 different nurses said they would find out what’s happening and 40 minutes later still no communication. It’s obvious this is a government establishment. Book elsewhere for any medical procedure you need.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Making your appointments a pleasant experience.
