A couple of years ago we had two ductless units installed by Gold Coast, now known as Harmonaire and have been doing business with them ever since. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable as is Tom, as well as being very patient. He explains everything and their team is very flexible and will accommodate their customers as best as possible. They arrive on time, clean-up when finished and are very friendly. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company over the years.
Harmon Air delivered outstanding service from start to finish. From my first call to their main office, the staff was friendly, organized, and incredibly responsive. I had the opportunity to have Tom visit me at my house to consult with hvac systems and have an expert opinion on my current baseboard heater/heating situation. Tom was extremely insightful and informed me of many heating methods as well as provided recommendations that best fit my specific case. Mark, Edwin, Joe, and Luke were fantastic! They took apart and cleaned my 5 LG mini split units over 2 days. They were respectful of the space in my home. The guys put drop cloths down under each unit. They took out the blower wheel, vents, and filters (which were all filthy) outside and cleaned everything thoroughly. In addition, they replaced the rubber condensate hose (which had multiple kinks from the heat in my mechanic's room) for one of the units with a copper pipe. Harmonaire installed ductless heating and AC for our 1st floor home, and the experience was one of the best I've had with contractors. I cannot say enough good things about Tom, the company owner, and the person that first explained everything to us. I personally do not understand anything with heating/cooling, details regarding home systems, etc. However, after the nightmare we faced this winter with our baseboard heating system (multiple frozen pipes, no heat, flooding, etc.).
