I ordered flowers for valentines day on the phone. Very professional and they actually pick up their phones not like other shops. I called a few florist in the Gold Coast, they were the only one who picked up the phone

I ordered a large flower arrangement for a bereaved friend with a bear and candle that came in a crate. From the photo she sent me it looks like there are 5 maybe 6 flowers in it. It cost me over $150. I emailed this company to check that it had been upgraded to large but they didn't bother to reply. Pretty disappointing at a sad time.

Ordered the Luxurious arrangement on Monday online from NZ to be delivered on Tuesday in the Gold Coast. The flowers are beautiful, truly a gorgeous selection and arrangement and arrived on time. The recipient was thrilled and sent me a photo to show how happy she was. I am very happy with the service, even down to the card options which were lovely. Thank you for making my friend's birthday even more special and for giving me such an easy and hassle free experience. Will order again. Carol M

The Flowers were delivered to the wrong address and left on front door in full sunlight. The colours were not what was requested. Overall poor quality and will not return.
