Very happy with David's work. Came out within a few days of messaging, job done with 0 dramas. Floor was so scratched up and ugly I wasn't expecting much, and its bloody beautiful! It was a small job (Tiny House 2.2 x 6.5 meters) and many places weren't interested because of this. I only had 1 other place say they'd do such a small space, and was quoted nearly 1k more! He was very pleasant and easy to deal with and a chilled out dude. He asked what I was looking for, gave advice for options and did it. Would recommend

Terrible service. Came along to a job he agreed to then complained about how its less than he normally charges. Asked for an extra $500 to match the stains on the floor, then got the stains completely wrong. Said he would come back to fix it admitting that it wasnt done correctly then avoided calls and text messages for 2 months. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by David at Goldcoast Floorsanders on our house in Chermside West. Our timber floors, hidden under carpet and lino for decades, have been completely transformed and look absolutely stunning. David’s communication was excellent from start to finish—he kept us informed every step of the way. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job to an exceptionally high standard, all at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use again and highly recommend!

After having my floors ruined by another GC company I called David at Gold Coast floorsanders and had a top quality hardwood floor installation and sanding polishing job by this Father Son team which I would not hesitate to recommend They turned up on time Job site was left spotless daily and were very meticulous with their work Thanks very much to these guys Rangi
