great product and a fantastic floor installer was recommended. My floor is beautiful. However, I was told I could return any unopened box of flooring- (best to have too much rather too little is what I was also told). As it turns out they would not take back the unopened box. So, double check on this issue and get a confirmation in writing if you think you may have to return product due to an overage.
