I came here because I needed an emergency dentist on the weekend and I regret it so much. I had a filling done here. The dentist told me it was a very deep cavity and if I was still in pain I would need a root canal. I was never shown any pictures or x-rays. It was even more painful after my filling was done here, and worried I needed a root canal I got a second opinion. I was told my teeth were “broken” and that I need crowns on all of my back teeth. I have no sensitivity or any issues with my back teeth. I also scheduled a cleaning and was then told they didn’t have time to do a cleaning when I went. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month to get my x-rays so that I can use them at my new Dentist, since insurance only covers X-rays once a year. Dr. Loomis and the staff are the nicest most helpful!! Dr. Loomis is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and most of all honest and doesn't try and sell you stuff/ procedures you don't need. I've been to a dozen dentists in my life and he's hands down the BEST!! Highly recommend!!
They were unprofessional and unaware of anything, they wasted my time and transferred me to a specialist who is their Sister company them After 10 days of waiting for the appointment they they referred me to a specialist who is not covered under my network insurance when I called my insurance, they said they shouldn’t transfer me to this location so be away save your money, save your time and look for someone else
Great experience! My mouth was in bad shape and they fixed it in 2 appointments. Staff was friendly and i had no pain after extractions. Would recommend highly.
