Avoid this place. No respect for the time of the patient. Arrived on time for appointment. And they took another patient having same time appointment arrived after me. And asked me to wait as they were short staffed. Front desk person is super nice. Last week appointment has same issue that time i waited 45 min in lobby and 20 min for my cleaning and dr does not have a courtesy to talk to me and provide me the feedback treatment plan. Root canal was done quickly and professionally by a very detailed and compassionate dentist.
Avoid this place like the plague. They try to redo a panoramic x-ray after it was already done at their other location when I was sent to La Habra for a deep cleaning That I really didn’t need. All I wanted was a regular cleaning. The whole time the hygienist was yapping And rushed through the Cleaning. And trying to get records is like pulling teeth from a child.
