After almost 5 years of not going to the dentist due to getting married and moving, the pandemic, losing insurance, and gaining new insurance, I finally made it into a dental office. I am so glad I came across Gold Coast Dental as they are Amazing! I came in for an exam and deep cleaning. They took great care of me right away and were very thorough and friendly. After my dentist of 30+ years declined my new insurance, I found Gold Coast Dental in Rancho Santa Margarita. I needed a significant amount of work done and was anxious about a new dentist. It was needless worry on my part. I had 4 crowns right in front and they are beautiful! Dr. Tehrani and his staff - Fatima, Hanna and Cece - are the best. Friendly, accommodating office in a lovely location. I'm very happy with my new dentist.

Worse dentist office, they sit you there for hours. Then tell you your crown will cost you $500.00 when your insurance says it will cost you $50.00. They advertise you get a free cleaning for being a new patient and don’t go through with it even though I asked for it while I was there, there are a lot more professional ones in RSM, don’t waste your time

Awesome staff and great dentist. The service was fast and the cleaning was painless unlike at other dental offices. Would 1000% recommend to anyone who is thinking of checking this place out.
