It was quick and easy Valerie helped me out so much
We had an urgent situation with our child over the weekend, and this clinic was the only one open on Sunday that could help us. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the very beginning. The dentist took care of everything quickly and professionally, making a stressful situation much easier for us. I was desperate to find a dental office open on a Sunday - and was lucky to find Gold Coast Dental in Glendale. The office, dental personnel and dentist were all very nice. They were extremely busy, but still managed to treat me (my front tooth cap had broken off), despite being overworked. I appreciate it!
The most awful experience I've ever had at a dentist. First they take 90 minutes to do simple X-rays (they had to redo them twice because the tech didn't know what she was doing). Then I'm seen by this woman who I don't even think is a dentist there - she's not listed as DDS on their website, but I was told she was the dentist. She doesn't even give me a full examination before telling me I needed a crown, possible root canal, and my gums were pitted (none of which was true, nor visible on the x-ray). Idk about the other staff but the dentist was unkind and didn’t want to do a procedure because “it’s a Sunday afternoon”. And don’t trust that Christian guy. But the front desk lady was nice.
