My crown replacement still not done, have had to returned 3 times to replace the temporary crown, and the latest one is that they had me waiting for an hour and a half just to tell me the dentist is behind and if I could wait bit longer. My time is also important and I honestly think now I have an infection on the side they are working on.
Celine was very attentive and helpful in providing me with my treatment plan, and everyone was friendly and on point. Irene was also very helpful in setting up my future appointments by being considerate of my work schedule. Also Nicole was surprisingly able to get rid of the bad/horrible stains on my teeth from years of smoking and abuse, can’t even tell now.
I’ve had a great experience here. They have me in and out of my appointments. Well organized and very kind. Thank you Celine Viri Irene Paulina and especially Sam.
