Celine is great she always takes the time to help mw she makes me feel she’s my daughter taking care of me. Dr ghorbani takes his time to explain everything. Sharon does fantastic cleanings the best cleanings I have ever had even better than my old dentist in San Jose. Thank you Gold Coast I’m very happy with everyone .
When I came in here originally, I was approved for 10k for the loan for implants and crown. The doctor doing the implants is extremely unkind and gaslit me about my pain. He even chuckled about it when I'm literally in tears in the chair. I come back a few months later and then I'm not approved for the 2nd part of implants? Makes zero sense when nothing on my end has changed. Very shady business. Not only are they mean they're extremely late on every single appointment. Just go to Mexico instead!
This dentist felt like a scam and I’ve been to a number of dentist offices. As a new patient there was no one to guide me through there process or explain pricing. Because of this the visit took 2 hours to receive a cleaning, even though I had a scheduled appointment, the workers hung out in the hall talking loudly about patients, the doctor said one sentence to me, then the receptionist tried charging me $ 400 for the cleaning. Celine was was aces the staff was Awsome great vibe highly recommend it!!!! Dr ghorbani was awesome Tien was fantastic never had a cleaning like this before.
