I came here for an emergency tooth extraction. The doctor repeatedly hit the inside of my teeth when yanking and pulling hard enough to move my head around. The site became infected. I had to go to the Gold Coat dental in Riverside to have them fix the problems this Corona office gave me. Avoid avoid avoid!
I would not recommend this place. I had a 10:30 appointment and ended up waiting over 90 minutes. Once I was finally seen, I was presented with what was described as a “treatment plan,” but it felt more like an aesthetic upsell. When I clearly stated that I did not want certain parts of it, I was told that I needed them anyway. I have never experienced a situation where a patient had so little control over their own treatment decisions. The overall experience felt driven more by maximizing revenue than by patient care.
