I would not recommend this place. I had a 10:30 appointment and ended up waiting over 90 minutes. Once I was finally seen, I was presented with what was described as a “treatment plan,” but it felt more like an aesthetic upsell. When I clearly stated that I did not want certain parts of it, I was told that I needed them anyway. I have never experienced a situation where a patient had so little control over their own treatment decisions. The overall experience felt driven more by maximizing revenue than by patient care.

Was recommended to this dentist by my sister and overall it’s a great place. Been going here for about 2 years now and never had an issue. I like it here because they don’t try to scam! I’ve been to other dentists where they say I have 10+ “cavities” but the Dr here isn’t like that. Great place i definitely recommend, the bad reviews on here really just sound Karen’s!
I came in for a consult because I saw their advertisement for a free first visit. I don’t have insurance so I thought I would give it a try. They offered me a membership plan that really helped lower the prices on all my treatment. The lady’s in the front were super nice and the assistant in the back Hanit was phenomenal. The x-rays usually hurt me but Hanit was super gentle I will definitely be bringing my family here, the service here was great, other places would’ve charged me for just the x-rays. Thank you Gold Coast!
