Came in today because I was in severe pain from a previously root-canaled tooth that had become reinfected. I understood that the office might not be able to perform a retreatment today, so I asked about having the tooth extracted and specifically asked for the price. I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t let this experience go without sharing it. This all started with a Saturday appointment, which should have been a routine visit but turned into a 5‑hour appointment involving two crowns and a wisdom tooth extraction, and it took eight injections just to get me numb. The crowns were made incorrectly, and I had to return three separate times over the next month to get them fixed. The first Wednesday of the month is the only time the Orthodontist is in. The inflexible schedule is not disclosed until after you already started treatment. Should your child and self not be able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances, you have to wait a whole month to be seen. This means you are stuck waiting because the other 25 days in the month are not flexible for the Orthodontist to come in. I've been going to Gold Coast for a few years off and on I haven't been there in a couple years but customer service was great the girl that helped me her name is Beatriz she was awesome and the doctor was amazing the only thing is I waited in the waiting room for a while I say about an hour that was the only downfall that I have to say that I would've given this a five star But everything else was great I appreciate all the help that was given to me Thank you Beatrice and thank you Dr for all your help keep doing a great jo... read more
