Great customer service and experience! So far, I'm quite pleased with my experience at this dental office. The whole staff were very helpful and informative. They answered all of the questions I had and more. They gave me the breakdown of all costs up front with my dental insurance applied. It's an expensive bill but thank God for dental insurance. My kids and I do not go here anymore.. The staff is very unprofessional.. Someone would be working on ur teeth, someone could walk by and say something to them and they get up and leave. Someone would come in say I'll be right back and then a totally different person comes in. Over and over I tell them certain things my kids and I do not get and they keep saying to get it.. My husband went to this dental office, and although the dentist only removed two teeth, their billing department submitted a claim to our insurance for three extractions. At the time, he was told that insurance would cover most of the cost and that he would only owe $2,800. which my husband paid upfront. Later, we received a bill for $6,700, plus another bill for $70. Got an emergency tooth pulling done here on short notice . All the staffs here are great, dr Cameron and the dental assistant chick did an amazing job. They are skilled and proficient at pain mitigation and keeping the patient comfortable.
