Everyone in the office was super helpful and nice. The doctor was amazing. I was really scared and he made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend.
Went in today for my first appointment at this office and everyone was so so great and nice, Adam greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with my paperwork. Then Jessica took me back for my X-rays and we talked the whole time. Dr. Basel took at look at my teeth and helped me with taking off my old Invisalign resin. Then shaved off the chips on my two front teeth. It was such a great appointment everyone was so kind and friendly 100/10 recommend!
Ever since Dr reyes stepped back and gold coast took over been getting bad. Worse customer service rude front office staff. So sad been long time patient now have to look for a new dentist

I have been going to this office for a couple of years and everyone in the front desk has always been nice and professional . Until They hired someone by the name of Adam that is now at the front desk who is rude and nasty .. He talks bad about customers while there is customers waiting in the waiting area ! Just today i heard him arguing with someone on the phone and he puts the person on hold and him and the other office people were talking and laughing about the situation ..
