My visit today was great! 40 minutes and I was out of there. Dr. Kang and his assistant I believe his name is Alejandro were fast and efficient. The front desk staff always smiling and professionally.
I made an appointment through open care and when I got there they said they no appointment scheduled nothing about me in the system. Also was confusing because it said dental spa and not gold coast dental. I had filled out paperwork and sent a picture of my insurance card and they had nothing. Had to fill out the information all over again but I was able to be seen. The front desk staff was awesome as well as the young lady who did my x-rays. Exceptional work done. Went in for a wisdom removal surgery and didn't feel a single thing. The staff was very well trained and courteous. They explained in detail. 10/10 highly recommended.
I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. I’ve had braces twice in my life with two different dentists, and I’ve never felt this at ease at any dental appointment before.
