Office staff and dental assistants are wonderful, but the Dr tried to tell me I needed two crowns even though I have no signs of tooth decay (!!) and no sensitivity. She said the top layer of my enamel was worn off from grinding my teeth. By that’s not possible because I’ve worn a night guard for 5 years and my teeth don’t even meet in the back on one side because I didn’t wear my rubber bands as much as I was supposed to when I had braces. Horrible experience. Made an appointment through our insurance portal for my son for 9am on a Sunday. Amazing to find a dentist open on Sundays, so you get one star for that! Upon checking in, receptionist asked if paperwork had been completed. We informed him nothing was ever sent, though we got multiple confirmations of the appt. Son completed on his phone very quickly and let reception know in case they were waiting. Then we waited…and waited…finally, he was called in at about 9:40. Well over a year of the one the one thing I said I refused yo get...dentures t h at don't fir and hurt badly. Ca m t wait to eat something other than souls and soft foods. 30k
I originally scheduled an oppointment through zocdoc with another doctor, but i got someone else instead (which is probably not their fault and an issue with the app idk). Kind of regret it. I got an older male doctor, couldnt understand him, and I felt like he was very rushed and messy with his work, very drill ready. He just kept going. My teeth feel kind of uncomfortable now and it's been a few weeks since my appointment.
