Good, reliable service
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with GCCEM, Gold Coast Electronic, Electrical and Mechanical, I feel other people should know what happened. My GU Patrol was in and out of this shop multiple times for ongoing electrical and wiring faults, including immobilizer issues. I spent thousands of dollars over a long period trying to get these problems fixed. Even after paying and collecting the vehicle, I still had ongoing electrical problems. Everyone did a great job in helping fix my car! The lady over the phone, Ashleigh was continuously informative about how my car was progressing whilst always speaking bubbly and professionally. The mechanics did a great job of not only fixing what I quoted was the issue, but also investigated other current and potential future issues so that I am now back on the road with confidence. It was an overall smooth & reliable experience. Will be back :)

Great customer service. The electrical diagnosis technicians accurately identifies the issue. The only thing is that they quoted $1500 for a 2GR motor which doesn't make sense. It should be parts ( $500) + 2-3hrs labour
