Very poor experience, charged $200 for a diagnostic even though we told them what the issue was. Went ahead with diagnostic which turned out to be completely wrong. They wanted to charge us $900 including wrong part and labor. Found out through google how to fix the issue which cost us next to nothing. They told us to order a part which wasn’t the issue what so ever. Not sure if someone didn’t do their job properly or if we were genuinely getting ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend at all, shop around first.

I had my Toyota 80 series come in for a heavy job, wiring harness in the dash. They were the only company that wanted to do it and I thank them as I know they looked at my old cruiser and thought this has to be the worse. All jokes aside very friendly and easy going did it reasonably fast did charge a lot around $5000 but after they did some other touch ups it was fair to say it was a fair price when u love a vehicle so much u pay more to keep it around. I highly recommend them it seems as they can do everything I will defin... read more

I called to get my windscreen washer pump replaced and was quoted $200 just for a diagnostic—even though I clearly explained I already knew what needed replacing. On top of that, they estimated $400 for three hours of labour, plus the cost of the pump, and said it couldn't be done in a single day. I honestly had to laugh. Knowing the actual cost of the part and how quick the job is, I simply didn’t have the time to do it myself. I ended up going elsewhere, had the job done in one day for just $250—no fuss.

I rang and made an appointment with this company for Friday 10am on 21.3.2025 to find out why my central locking wasn't working on my 2002 Toyota Granvia. I told the lady that I am in a wheelchair and that a carer would be bringing the car down and had to get back to me asap. She said she would make my car a priority. When my carer took the car down, she was told they do the cars in order they come in to the workshop. I spoke to the guy and told him that I was booked in as a priority because my carer needed to come back to m... read more
