Wow, what can I say? From the moment of discussing the layout of my Coaster, to colour scheme to fittings, Jack Watt and his craftsmen, Daniel & Blake, have been very supportive, even to why certain things couldn't be. (I wanted an air-lift bed cross- wise: integrity of roof not sustainable.) There have been changes But, I am absolutely thrilled with my little mobile home. Loving touring in my van. Wonderful service from the guys at Gold Coast Campervans who did a great job converting my van and giving additional advice and making sure I understood how to use the various features. I chose to have a bigger solar panel and have not yet run out of power when camping off-grid. Jack helped with additional modifications such as tyres and a bike rack and was helpful with quick follows up with anything that wasn't working as it should, or answer my many questions. My decision to take Jack as a referral has left me 2 years later still paying for repairs in my camper at my own expense. Incorrectly fitted water heater. Water tanks. Diesel heater. Air con. Cabinetry fixtures built around vehicle air con requiring removal of fixtures to replace a simple fan. Fitting of diesel heater in particular could have caused my death with carbon monoxide poisoning To continue would make this review become a novel. Not just disappointment… financially and emotionally wrecking
