I've been driving Cadillacs and doing business with Gold Coast Cadillac dating back to when the first Escalade came out. I've always received great deals and amazing service. A dealership that all others should emulate. I’ve been dealing with Gold Coast for @20 years in service and purchased/leased several Escalades the past 14 years. Never an issue and everyone is professional from the receptionist to service writers to their sales staff. Service is most important to me as that follows your sale for a longer time than an actual purchase. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica today. From my initial contact via their web page to the closing, I was pleased with their service. Special Kudos to David Pelak who answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. He went over and above the call when I lost my checkbook; he searched the parking lot and found it. I dread the sales process but these guys made it easy and, I’ll say pleasant. Based on the cars.com and nada book values, I got a very fair price.
