Buy beware!!! Completely incompetent and should loose her appraiser’s license. Never stepped foot in my house and in today’s market assessed it at the same value I paid 15 years ago. The entire home has been updated over the past 10 years, including a brand new kitchen last year, and she gave it the same value as homes that were gutted after the sale. In the past 6 months 2 homes have sold for less than $350,000, so she went back more than 6 months for comps. Criminal!
