Nancy is a hard worker and very detail oriented. We rented from her for two years and endured TWO floods at the rental!!! She was very responsive and helped with making the situation the best it could be. Nancy does a great job!

I rented a duplex for 4 yrs from Gold Realty, always a pleasure working with Nancy! When something needed fixed it happened right away! I never had to worry. I would definitely rent through them again!! Thank you for the years!
I'm finding it difficult to make any kind of review other than a one star because I was not given the opportunity to take a tour of a house that I was interested in renting. The reason for not having the opportunity for a tour is this company wanted to charge me a nonrefundable 40.00 application fee prior to ever seeing the house.
