I rented a duplex for 4 yrs from Gold Realty, always a pleasure working with Nancy! When something needed fixed it happened right away! I never had to worry. I would definitely rent through them again!! Thank you for the years!
I'm finding it difficult to make any kind of review other than a one star because I was not given the opportunity to take a tour of a house that I was interested in renting. The reason for not having the opportunity for a tour is this company wanted to charge me a nonrefundable 40.00 application fee prior to ever seeing the house. I definitely recommend Gold City Realty. Ms. Nancy is awasome!. From the first day of my application, till the last day I moved she was nothing but great. The application process was really smooth, and also the moving out process. They will really take care of you, not only when you move in, but also they will maintain communication with you at all times. They never hesitated to help, or send someone. Any maintenance got done quickly. I really appreciate them. Best renters ever.
My wife and I rented from Gold City Realty for about 10 years, lived there for 12 (the town home was under a different realty company when we moved in). Nancy was great during our time there. Whenever we had an issue, rather it was with neighbors or something needing replaced/fixed she did a great job getting it taking care of right away. Tom, the maintenance worker was great as well. I truly do recommend renting from Gold City Realty.
Nancy Hubert is the most genuine people I've met, she will do what she says, works very hard and tries to help in anyway! If you're looking for a rental management, she should be your first choice.
