We rented a home from Nancy Hubert at Gold City Realty for two years, and then another home for five years. Throughout all those years, she was always very helpful and responsive. Whenever something needed fixing, she took care of it quickly. We truly appreciate her support and are very happy with our experience working with her.
Nancy has been phenomenal while renting out property the passed 2 years. She treats our house as if it's her own and is always making sure everything is good on both ends. She has great communication and will reach out in several ways if she doesn't hear back in a timely fashion for urgent issues. She always has recommendations for contractors to work with when signing needs fixed.
