This place is absolutely horrible. I have worked in many facilities, but this one by far is the most awful. I have never seen staff, supervisors, managers, talk to family members and residence the way these people do it’s absolutely disgusting leaving people in urine and feces for hours. My father is in Gold Choice Deltona. I do not live in the immediate area & it gives me peace mind to know that he is safe and in good hands. Amber C, Amber B, Jackie, Anna, Paula, Stephanie, Deby and the entire team does a great job keeping him directed and keeping me informed which is the key to his success in assisted living. I do visit as frequently as I can and the facility is always clean and staff is available. Thanks to everyone for all that you do to keep our parents safe and healthy!
