What an absolutely LOVELY lady Kim is, one of the old school genuine folk (ex Hunter Arcade Connection). This is what an experience should be, warm, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I brought in my watch for an urgent link removal on a carbon ceramic bracelet, a tricky piece with many intricate pieces which she was able to do for me at a great price the same day. I had some gold charms put on a bracelet. Kim not only did a great job, but managed to do the job overnight so I could have my bracelet back before she went on holiday. She also gave me a delicious lunch! Pricing was very competitive and I'm thrilled with the result. I would definitely return for any other jewellery repairs. She also has a nice range of vintage gold charms for sale.
