Nice Staff servicing the Houston Community.
The application for their gold card was the most dysfunctional experience I can ever recall. I had a serious health concern and did not have health insurance. So a lady in a separate clinic suggested applying for the hhs gold card. Over a 7 month period, they rejected 8 applications, mostly for additional information not listed in the application instructions.
