Needed a piece of copper pipe that was not available in stores due to larger size Kim had some available and was super nice and brought it out to me even though I am doing the work myself. If I have bigger plumbing jobs that are out my ability I will definitely give them a call. My neighbor also uses them a recommended them.

I had a leak under kitchen sink. Kim was excellent in communicating with me and fit me in her busy schedule. Sent pictures, repaired and improved the cold water shut off. She inspected my water supply and found another issue that could have been another big problem. Kim is a professional that I will have on top of my list going forward.
