I made an appointment for an updo for an important event. When I arrived, I was told that apparently I hadn't been put into their schedule. The woman working explained that she could not do updos and offered me no other help. I have called and tried to discuss with management and have gone in two times and no one has gotten back to me. horrible experience and even worse costumer service.
John is an artist! He never fails to give me a fresh, stylish cut and he is a master of color!! The salon is unpretentious and chill, which means a lot in Bucktown. Plus I love his music playlist!! Just makes for a 5 star experience every time!
This place is great! I have been coming here for years and love the friendly atmosphere and amazing stylists!
