They did a very good job by replacibg my samsung galaxy A06 5g screen right away with an original samsung screen including new battery
This is the second (Refurb) iPhone I have acquired from Golden Apple over the last few years. He (The Owner)is really customer focused and I feel very satisfied with my purchase (both of the iphones I purchased). I told him what I was looking for and he called me when he got stock in. A great local business . He also repaired my iWatch when it was literally hanging by a thread. Great prices too!
I need to express how wonderful Mohammed and his brother are at Gold Apple Cell Phone Repair, 2000 Douglas Street at Discovery Street. Every time I go there with cell phone problems, Mohammed's calm and capable demeanor reassures me. His skills are excellent, and he is very flexible. I take 2 buses to go there, but I always leave a satisfied customer. They are very respectful with seniors, as well.
I have had two iPhone 11 screens replaced by Gold Apple. The price was 50% less than the competition and the screens were high quality. He took extra care in cleaning out the old sealing material. I dropped it off, went to Tims for coffee, and it was done when I got back.
Mohammed was fantastic- replaced the entire back of my phone and screen protector in only a few hours after I came in without an appointment. I had bought a case form him previously and he noticed a defect in it. He replaced it at no charge. Thank you! I recommend to everyone in need of phone repair in Victoria.
