The woman at the counter was rude! She never acknowledged that we were standing there for more than 5 mins. There was another group who she didn’t acknowledge as well. We walked away and came back and again did not say anything. I asked if she was opened and she proceeded to stare at me with a blank look and then start to close the gates. I would not recommend this kiosk to anyone if she is working. She should not be working in customer service if she is not willing to perform her job.

Worst Experience!!! Sorry to who ever hired this employee with poorly customer service!! Ask a question looks up at you as if your dumb. Had a few question about engraving and cut me off and told me I had to wait 30min. Here are some pictures of her walking away and ignoring me and another waiting customer!!
