I been coin collector for over decade and never found shop with professional and friendly people behind counter ad at GAJD .Having visited the store about dozen times in past two years sold and purches fair amount of coins I can attest to terrifically helpul staff ,even at times stiring me away from more expensive coin to more select choice at lower preice. This establishment is great place to sell and buy.
I wanted to cash in some gold and went to 3 places to check prices. Gold and Jewelry direct was the 2nd place I attended but they offered a price that was 30% better than the next best priced place. They didn't pressure me there and when I came back, they honored the pricing. While I was there I noticed a ring I knew my wife would love. I used part of the money I received from them and got a great deal. They were patient, friendly, and didn't rush or pressure me at all. I left with spending money and made my wife's day.
My wife is picky, so when I went in to buy my wife a nice piece of jewelry for her birthday, I really appreciated the patient and experienced guidance that I felt I got from the staff. They were happy to pull things out from their back store inventory that weren't on display and they took their time explaining the details of every diamond in every ring.
