Ignore the bad reviews or at least take them with a grain of salt. People like to complain and get upset when things do not get fixed immediately or it is not at the price they wanted to pay. Most people do not understand what it is like to be a service contractor and there are so many challenges that every company deals with. The technician was amazing, they answered their phone then they turned up exactly when they said they would and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend.
Fast, reliable service. My air con died on the saturday and by wednesday I had it replaced and they also offered an upgrade version of what I initially had. Highly recommend.
