Golba group is the same as firebird housing they just changed their name because of the amount of negative reviews they've been receiving from people after doing some research. I'd like to include my personal experience with them seeing as they removed every single negative review they have and the only ones on here are 10 years old. Will steal your application fee – Will steal your $50 application fee by saying there are no other applications on the rental you apply for then tell you someone else application was approved before yours. Worst property management company in Phoenix, don't bother looking at their listings.
Good Times Had By All – I was shopping around for a house in Phoenix and some rental companies had us meet them at a large office and go over homes through a virtual walkthrough. I really wanted just to go to a home and ask a leasing agent questions. Golba Group went above and beyond there meeting me at 4 different houses on one day.
