However, Kevin came to our home to measure and shared his expertise on reasons why that wasn't feasible based on the construction of our home, unless we wanted to make structural changes. Like the other reviewers, this company has been less than helpful. We arranged an appointment in August, scheduled for November. Then few days out they call and say they need to postpone it to December. Day of the December appointment, they call and say they need to push it out a week, to today. Well, today... hours after the scheduled time, we get a call saying they're overbooked and give us the phone number of two other companies.
