Took my credit card information on 2 separate occasions and canceled my order. **************** was rude and hung up on me. Do not trust
The minibike kit we purchased had several defective items. We contacted the company over 6 times to resolve the problem. The customer service representative who answered only tells us they will have someone from the service department get in touch with us, which never happens. It's almost like the already knkw the script for each call coming in. They repetitively say the same thing every time and don't let me explain the importance of getting it resolved. Horrible service. defective product we can't even use.
These people stole $1,999 from us **** and ******* are the worst ever I had to cancel a card gave her the new numbers but she did nothing with them I'm still waiting 7 months for my refund I went to my bank and they can't even get through to these people either they are Crooks do not buy from these people
