I am so angry with these people. I had my son make an appointment with them to bathe and groom my cat. She had oily hair had some matted fur on her abdomen. Robyn had bathed and shaved a good portion of her once before. This time I said very, very specifically my cat was not to be shaved again. Robyn charged me $75, shaved my entire cat except for her head, feet and the tip if her tail and did not bathe her which was the primary service requested. Such a warm and friendly store. We adopted a kitten from their adoption day on Saturday and it was a great experience. Staff was very kind. It was a great change from the big chain stores we usually frequent. We will definitely be back!
They gave us a 10$ gift certificate for free at Pride, just because we showed them our dogs. We went in today and got them both a nice bone and some cat treats. It only cost us 1$ because we went slightly over. The entire time, the staff was extremely sociable and friendly, knowledgeable, didn’t mind my fiancé and me rambling as we looked at toys, tried to help us whenever we asked, and let us give treats to the cats for adoption.
