Outstanding customer service from Suzette! She went above and beyond when helping me send a package internationally. It was like I had my own personal tracking valet!
I went there for finger prints and FBI background check for a work visa. I called a head to see if they could fit me in, and Roy the H&R Block guy told me to come in. When I got there they had to download the software and call tech support 5 times. He had no idea what he was doing. Talking to co-works that went to other locations to get this done took 10-15 mins.
