Use them twice for my 2 properties 10 n 20 yrs ago , recently called them and ask for what they charge to sell my property, guy I spoke to said he would get back after I send my email address, never heard back. I use someone else and now buying again and will definitely go else where, the younger lawyer or workers are a disgrace, waste of time!

Staffs were inexperienced, incompetent and not knowledgeable. They made several mistakes on our real estate contract/transaction and caused a lot of headache for us. In the end, they ended up charging us more than our initial agreement because of the errors they made on the calculation of the adjustment/closing of our home. Would not recommend.
