9/4/2026 Editing again now my children have been is this office 21 yrs and counting and now my grandson is a patient as well. The office ladies have definitely improved. Dr. Paul and Rana are still amazing as ever and we love Stephanie as well. I had a disappointing experience with the front office staff and the doctor at this pediatric office. The front desk interactions felt rude and dismissive, and my concerns were not handled with care. I also felt the doctor’s approach was dismissive, and communication was poor. Families deserve clear, respectful communication from the front desk through to the exam room
I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatric office. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We did not feel welcomed, and it seemed like our concerns were treated as an inconvenience instead of something important. had a very disappointing experience at this office. I felt the doctor did not listen to my concerns, rushed through the appointment, and didn’t explain the diagnosis or treatment clearly. Communication was poor, and I left feeling like my questions weren’t taken seriously. I expected more professionalism and attention. I would not recommend this office and hope they improve care quality.
One of the worst places I have ever deal with very bad attitude unprofessional very racist using bad language. I had an appointment with them 08/02/26 today after they canceled my son‘s appointment for three times when I ask them to speak to the doctor, they say the doctor is not in the office and he only saw my son for the first and the second visit after that I’ve never seen the doctor again if you guys really care about your kids, don’t take them to this office or to these doctors
