They schedule treatment without consulting you. When you call, they leave you on hold for a long time.
Horrible customer service!!! In addition, the customer is NOT notified prior to the company coming out to your home and do not leave anything stating they had been there so an additional visit has to be scheduled if you need any areas done that weren't when they came out originally. I was actually at home the entire day that they claimed they came out and I never saw anyone. Wouldn't be that terrible if their services and products actually worked. BUYER BEWARE!
Only agreed to do 1 visit and they signed me up for a 1 year contract and charged my card for visits that didn't happen. Guys beware of these guys knocking on your door trying to sell this scam.
They give you the hard sell, lock you into a contract and make you jump through hoops when they don't follow through with the service. They told me I owed them $385 for services never rendered.
