GOGO CHARTERS: Do not use this company. I live in the Washington, DC area. I booked a reservation and everyone is eager and happy to help. I found that I needed two buses and GoGo wasn't willing to compromise on the price. Fine. I asked for a refund and got a total runaround. First I had to complete a survey for a refund. A week goes by and then I find that I have to provide a copy of my driver's license and credit card. Fine. A week goes by. I booked GoGo Charters to charter our employees from multiple locations in Los Angeles to our annual employee appreciation party in Fillmore, CA about an hour and a half away. I asked for a 2pm pick up in Echo Park, a 2pm pick up in Culver City, a 4pm pick up in Echo Park and a 4pm pick up in Culver City. I also asked for return trips from Fillmore to the original destinations at both 8 and 10pm for each location at a cost of $3090.
