The place has gone down hill. If some thing is to be fix or replace you got anthor units old one. Which will not be clean up so you need to do it. You get charge $50.00 for a new water filter and $8.00 for light bulbs and if any other thing back they will charge you for it. Apartment are repainted want someone move out. Parking is $65.00 per space for each car. The carpet in the hallway are a mess only clean once. The hallway walls are mess up. Not a good repair job done on them.
