It’s a waste of time. No results. If you call you will get hung up on over and over. I hope the government isn’t funding this disaster.
Update. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. NO RESULTS AFTER a 2 week wait and they have not got the sample to test anymore. This company is a disgrace. The email says there sorry but they’ve fixed things so come again for another test. No way.
Had PCR done on December 20th and STILL haven’t received results. It’s January 4th. Can’t reach anyone either. Completely unacceptable.
Went to one of their testing sites at the recommendation of my pediatrician to get my children tested. Not only was the wait 2 hours, it has been 9 DAYS and I still have not received any results. I repeat, 9 DAYS AND NO RESULTS. No response from their support email and the phone number listed is not in service. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR TESTING IN DFW.
