I would put 0 starts if I can. The front desk clearly couldn't handle the process properly. My every interaction with them turns into disaster. First time I came to this office and waited more than an hour to see a doctor. Next time they promised me to provide the copy of my MRI disk (as they sent me to the place to do the MRI that charge $50 per copy of your own MRI photos), but later said they never promised me that, and even possibly cannot do that. Front counter people is a disaster specially Briana. They don't know what they are doing. It's only been the first day and they have made my husband go 3 times already because they don't give him the papers he needs and the wrong information. We had to call our lawyer and he told us what we needed and we had to go back again for the paperwork.
