Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I was ask to deleted my first review and to let them make it right but they made it worse… A month later and $2200 and still have the same problem. I originally took my car to this shop for a diagnostic because I had several warning lights on. They told me it would cost $1,100 to fix the issues and turn the lights off. The best service I’ve ever had in the Bellefontaine and Spanish Lake area. Amazing work done on my car, Super reliable and respectful crew.
It was not good this time. They failed to call me to tell me what was wrong with my car. When I called to ask how much it would be for the gasket and other work, they told me the computer was down. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they charged me for a diagnosis I'm not sure that they did. I doubt I will be taking my vehicle back again. It's sad because they lost a potential customer who have given references to others
